CASA DE PUNTA FLAMENCO
A beach house perched on a bluff on the island of Culebra, located off the coast of Puerto Rico, originally conceptualized as a container home through hand drafting. The design evolved into a modern cantilevered structure with angled windows oriented towards the ocean, capturing stunning views. The open-concept plan incorporates pivot glass doors and screens, allowing natural ventilation and an airy atmosphere. The overall design comprises angled volumes that manipulate light and shadow, effectively tempering heat from the sun.

In the endeavor to reinvent the National City Mile of Cars, the concept of solidarity takes center stage as a guiding principle for architectural intervention. Solidarity, epitomizing the psychological cohesion among individuals with shared interests, finds expression through a monumental strategic architectural strategy. Utilizing a sloped solid mass structure, the proposal seeks to provide communal spaces fostering social, cultural, and recreational activities, thus accentuating the notion of solidarity.
